The section of the European Commission's website dedicated to energy and transport. Information is available on the activities of the Commission, European energy status, transportation in Europe, support programmes, and relevant publications.

Intelligent Energy Europe
Intelligent Energy – Europe is a part of the EU's Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) and is supporting EU policies in the area of energy efficiency, energy savings, renewable energy technologies and sustainable transport.

Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI)
The IEE programme is managed by the Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI).
The EACI manages the projects and events funded under the programme and disseminates the resulting know-how and best practices. This gives the programme a sharper focus and greater visibility.

Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign 2005-08
Sustainable Energy Europe 2005-2008 is a European Commission initiative in the framework of the Intelligent Energy – Europe (2003-2006) programme, which will contribute to achieve the European Union's energy policy targets within the fields of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, clean transport and alternative fuels.

ManagEnergy is an initiative of the European Commission Directorate-General for Energy and Transport, which aims to support the work of actors working on energy efficiency and renewable energies at the local and regional level.
